No Diamondbacks channel 686 in Las Vegas
I had the MLB produced broadcast for the AZ Diamondbacks in 2023 and the first 27 days of this season. Tuesday the channel mysteriously disappeared. I call your customer service and they clueless. Is there someone at Direct TV who can help me get this fixed?

Hello @MandyNicholson. As a result of DIRECTV's contractual obligations, the Diamondbacks are no longer part of our base package (CHOICE & above) in your zip code. However, you can still watch the team by adding DIRECTV Sports Pack, which costs $14.99 per month and provides access to the team on channel 686. DIRECTV appreciates your understanding.
