Network congestion no picture

In the middle of nba playoff games, Direct DV picture gives way to a black screen and message that says there is network congestion. Is there a fix or should one change to another streaming service?

 I'm connected by ethernet and have 1gb speed. I've tried all the steps. Same problem.

None of these have anything to do with intermittent network congestion messages with no picture. They are about having no picture at all. If you have no fix, please just say so, and ai can try another provider
