Network congestion and no internet connection error
I keep getting a “network heavily congested…”. , “looks like we had trouble loading this content…”, “no network Orr internet connection “. All these errors are driving me bananas. This happens all times a day, when I’m the only one up, streaming on the main tv or the streaming app. I’ve reboot the router, reboot my smart tv, reboot my fire struck, reboot my direct streaming device, upgraded the direct tv box, even called Verizon Fios that say there is not inter/Wi-Fi issues. I’m at a lost.

What sort of internet service do you have?
How far is your FireStick from your home WiFi router?
Can you perform a network Speedtest at the FireStick's location?

this issue just started happening n the last month. I have Verizon Fios. My Firestick is on different tv around the house. I've performed a speed test numerous times on my own and the Verizon Rep has done the same and the test comes out fine.

What do you get for Speedtest at the FireStick's location?
This problem is typically due to poor WiFi speed.

I can't remember the speed but when I did the test while on the phone with Verizon, they said it was a great speed.
The one stick is in the same room with the router. The others are in the next room. I also have a router extender located in the dining room...the other fire sticks are in the kitchen and living area. So in all they are pretty close by.

Have you tried swapping the Fire Sticks to see if the issue follows with the device or not?

Computers need a valid IP address to communicate on a network. If your WiFi is connected but there's no internet, it could be because another device has taken your IP address.
