My service has been cut off
My service is paid for automatically through Roku. For the last two months my service has been cut off the day before payment is supposed to be posted. The people on the chat say they can solve the issue but they don't. They bump the problem to another agent or to another department. Even escalating the problem to the Floor Manager level is no help. They all say it will take 24 to 48 hours for my service to restore. We they check my account they find it is active and good. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any suggestions on how not to lose a couple of days every month after spending 4 hours each month in a chat?

Cancel your service through Roku and sign up directly from DirecTV Stream using another email. Simple and sweet.
