My library …won’t load

I have 4 TVs I’m streaming on ..2 won’t show anything on “My library”.::says “well… that was unexpected”..other 2 TVs are fine and all 4 are  Samsung TVs. 
any ideas?

Not surprised with the Samsung TV app. The native app is known to be very erratic and buggy for years with little improvement. Most have decided to go with external streaming devices is they still wanted to continue with the service. It is highly recommended to use an external streaming device.

The app is just junk. You can read about all the horror stories with the Samsung app by searching the forum. Proceed at your own risk. Your only control is deleting and restoring the app.

Try deleting and reinstalling the DirecTV Stream App on those TVs. But, as mentioned, the Samsung DirecTV Stream App is junk.
