Local channel issue

Ran into a problem last night with my local channels in the 23185 local,area (Williamsburg va). I couid watch local live but could not record and then watch. It gave an error like the owner did not allow to watch. I also couldn’t go into the guide and select say a program at 11pm but it would say that program has already played.

well today I find my local channels have changed from my area to local channels from 75 mikes away in Richmond Va. everything works fine as usual but of course I can’t get local news or programming but all recording is fine. I guess it’s one step forward one-half back. 
any thoughts?

also last night any non-local worked fine. The issue was strictly to abc, cbs, nbc, fix and pbs
