Lip sync problems on KMBC - ABC

Using Directv Stream with osprey box.  For several months the Kansas City ABC affiliate, KMBC, has had lip sync problems on ALL their programs.  It's the most noticeable on the local news since you are normally looking at the talking heads while they're talking.  Currently looking at the talking heads discussing the upcoming hockey game on KMBC (which is a national broadcast of ESPN/ABC) and it's happening there too.

All shows on KMBC have it. I am using 2 different osprey boxes. Rebooted both boxes and rebooted TV, still have same lip sync problem.

Shows on other stations do not have a problem (both national channels and local channels). I've waited this out for several months and it has never resolved. Please fix!
