Keeps telling me to login into provider account for MAX

And I do on PC and it tells me this EVERY TIME:

This site can’t be reached

The webpage at https://api.cld.dtvce.com/idp/login?picker=null might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Working fine for me using a PC, selecting DirecTV Stream as my provider.

PC/Mac browser for DirecTV Stream works fine for me too, I can log out and log back in via my AT&T account.

it's the (Android) streaming sticks, Fire TV and Google that many of us are having problems with. I'm not sure if the login/provider mechanism for the apps and the browser is the same. I've tried selecting "DirecTV Stream" as a provider in the apps and that doesn't work, I don't have a separate password for that since I'm a DirecTV satellite subscriber.

Having no issues with my streaming devices, both Roku and Fire Sticks. Also selected DirecTV Stream as my provider.

If you are a satellite subscriber, then you should be selecting DirecTV, which is your service that you are subscribed to. DirecTV and DirecTV Stream are 2 different subscription based services and their credentials are not interchangeable.

and that's the problem, even today when I try to use the Max app on Android, it's telling me to add a provider and then when selecting "DirecTV" it shows me a page "Create Your Account" even though I've just come from the app where I have a Max account. :)
