Is anyone else experiencing the streaming box showing a fuzzy picture during the first couple of minutes when first turning on the box/tv?

I have an issue where the picture will go completely fuzzy, sometimes blacking out with a "reset," not a full-reset, just a reset to the channel I was watching, but no sound. If I'm on a recorded show, the reset sometimes requires I press "play" to continue watching. This happens momentarily when it happens, but it's within the first 1-10 minutes of turning on my system. I've already sent in one box for replacement, but this is happening again with the replacement box. The cables are fine as I can use them with other AV equipment with no issues.
