How to Stop Series Recording via Browser or the App

I am away from home for several weeks, and wish to stop the "series recording" of a particular show. It was possible at home, using the Gemini box, but I cannot find a way to do that via browser access on my laptop, nor via the DirecTV Stream app on my iPad. Thanks for any pointers.

Hi, @halberstadt. If you're using a DIRECTV STREAM device, go to the list of your recorded shows, then select the show you want to stop recording. At the top of the list, there should be a little box where you can select to stop recording the series.

If you're using any other streaming device, go to "My Library" and select the show you want to stop recording. Select an episode, go to view series, then choose to cancel the series recording. Rizza, DIRECTV Community Specialist

Since, as I mentioned, I am accessing via a browser or the iPad app, your 2nd paragraph would apply. However, here is what I get when following your directions:

Access DirecTV Stream via Safari browser on a MacBook laptop.

Sign in and select "Watch".

Select "My Library".

Select (click on) one of the sets of recorded shows.

See a vertical listing of recorded episodes, and click on one of them.

See Description of that episode and of episodes yet to be recorded, but nowhere is a clickable "View series".

There is a red dot beside "recorded yesterday", but not clickable. Also clickable are "Watch now" and "Delete recording". That last one only deletes the one episode.

How do I get to "View series"?
