Heavily Congested error message

I have a question for everyone in this forum…

When getting the error message; are you guys using the DirectTV stream dongle? Or are you all using a Firestick, Roku, or streaming device?

I rarely see that message. It's almost aways caused by slow WiFi/internet download speed. 

If you're seeing this often then you need to measure your internet download speed at the streaming device. It shouldn't matter if it's a DirecTV stream device, Roku, or whatever.

Ty for a quick reply. It’s measuring at 1gig up and 1 gig down. So it tell me it’s not the internet.

Where and how are you measuring your download speed?

What streaming device(s) are you using?

Is this a constant issue for you?

Your internet service may advertise 1Gb up/down, but it's often not that fast at the actual streaming device.
