Green Screen

Not every time but often when I turn on my Samsung TV with Air Gemini I get a green screen and have to reset the device. I went through customer service and they sent me a new device, same issue.  Have tried different HDMI ports. Any solution?

Depends on the TV you are using, but you might try some different display setting on your TV. I have seen the green screen issue go away by changing display settings in the TV or in the Gemini settings.
