Get rid of the hamster after the regular scheduled commercial break

I went through four boxes from dIRECTV stream you guys need to get rid of the hamster in the background with the wheel. It’s annoying I get at least 2 to 300 times every commercial break and I’m getting tired of it. I’m keep on getting the same thing is every single day on both of my receivers boxes.
