Gemini issues

I have two issues with my Gemini box that I've had for a month now.  First, after unpairing and pairing several times, my Gemini remote will not turn on my Gemini box and TV.  Otherwise the remote works fine and will turn everything off, but will not turn anything on.  If I manually turn on my TV first, then the Gemini box will turn on.  Secondly, I have 2 or 3 audio drop outs each hour lasting about 2 seconds each, regardless of whether I'm watching live TV, DVR or stream.  I use a soundbar.  I'm assuming that's a software issue that may be fixed sooner or later.  Any ideas friends?  Thanks.
