Gemini Air

Initial powerup on Gemini Air has blue indicator. 30 seconds it turns flashing red and becomes very hot. Same sequence after each reset.

Flashing red means no AP (router), no internet or searching for network per manual.

If there is a way, please advise. I do believe the Gemini Air 

is bad.

Hi, @emrick. The red light indicates no internet or searching for a network. Have you tried checking your internet connection or visiting the link we sent to troubleshoot the issue? Roland, DIRECTV Community Specialist

I went through the steps on the troubleshooting instructions,

and still the same issue. Connected Air the another tv, and still the same. I guess I will contact DirectTv customer support.

Is the Air device supposed to be very hot? Or is this normal?
