Gemini Air Remote loses Blue-Tooth Connection
I have had one replacement of my Gemini Air Dongle and it's Remote where I experienced several failures including connecting to the Remote(Blue-Tooth or BT connection). On the replacements, after about 2 weeks I experienced lose of the BT connection(two blue lights on remote pulsing for several seconds) so I replaced the batteries with new and it has worked for a couple more weeks without incidence. Now it is starting to occasionally lose connection again. How can I better diagnose the problem?

Hi @bobspenmail. Our apologies for experiencing the same issue with your new remote. Please try to factory reset the remote control by doing the steps below, then start pairing it again:
- Press and hold the Home and Exit keys simultaneously.
- Then press 981.
- The LEDs turn OFF and then blink blue 3 times on both sides.
