It would be nice to use the forum to answer questions. 

But it looks like I have to submit my own question to get answers from DM.

All of the same, anything I try and record it says Whoops this event already happend. It seems like a code error in time/date between databases. 

I need to record the frigging GAME OF THE WEEK so that I do not miss.

What device are you using?

Go to "Settings/General/Date & Time" and make sure your "Automatic date & time" is turned on, and your time zone is correct. 

It is set correctly. Automatic PST.

Also tried turning off Location Settings per other post that had same issue.

That did not work either.

This has to be to some SW Update as I did not have this problem a few months ago.

Still having same issues. Bonkers this does not work. What am I paying for?

Tried resets. Date/Time in multiple combinations. Location.....what else is there?

At on point the box was showing a show an hour old. I had to turn off and on to get back the the current time.

Between this and the lagging/disconnect during football games....maybe it's time for cable. Don't know what to do. Sorry for complaining so much. It's just frustrating 

Can I get some help with this DTV? What am I paying for?
