Future shows not recording

I am trying to record shows on a future dat. I get a message that says show cannot be recorded because it is past, that is, has already run.

Have you tried resetting the box?  If not there should be a little button on the side of the box hold it in for about 20-30 seconds until it resets.  Then try setting your program to record again.

-Give us the exact channel numbers, names and titles of the programs you are attempting to record, including the date/time.
-Are you going to the program in their guide and just pressing the red button to record?
-Do you get a message for a successful confirmation that the program is now recording or set to record?
- Are you searching the program’s name using the “search” functionality of the app and attempting to set up the recording through that method? Sebastian, DIRECTV Community Specialist

I have tried to record Frasier on CBS, channel 10, on Oct 17th at 9:00PM. I have tried to record Yellowstone on CBS also at 9:00 on the 15th.I tried to record America's funniest home Videos on the 15th, on ABC, channel 28, at 10:30mPM.

I am using the guide. then going to the program I want to record and pressing the red button. I get a message that says, "Whoops, (program name) is over. It's finished airing so it can't be recorded anymore. Sorry about that."

I was able to get a show to say it would record by pressing the OK button, then choosing View Series. Then I get an option to record. I did this with Yellowstone. If I pull up Yellowstone with the voice menu it shows it is set to record series. But when I go to the Upcoming Recordings menu on the 15th, it is not there.

Future program on Fox record as they should using the red button. This seems to me to be an issue with local channels only. I recently moved by boxes from Ohio to Florida where we are staying the month. I think this is when the problem began. I have reset with the orange button several times. I have used the app to change my address.
