Freezing and Restarting Shows

So on one of my Samsung TV's the app was rolled back to the previous version which by the way works great. Now I am still having issues of freezing live tv, restarting recordings because if you fast forward too much it freezes, I get a lot of heavily congested etc, which is hilarious at 5am. Recordings that record with no sound, so I have to watch on demand. Being trapped on certain stations because there is a circling circle while it is frozen. I cannot count the times I have to restart my internet to be free of that. The fact that the guide doesn't show favorite stations or tells me I don't have any favorites. This is insane- and who ever is going to suggest that I buy something to watch Directv Stream on my Samsung, I shouldn't have to. That is the whole point of streaming TV!

Hello @JadeMara94. To further investigate why you're still experiencing issues with the DIRECTV App, please provide the model number and the DIRECTV build and version of the affected Samsung TV. Rhyan, DIRECTV Community Team
