Font Size

My family and friends are struggling to read the font size on the guide and icons on the left. For the older people they can barely read the words. Is there a way to made the size larger or a setting that we can utilize to make the verbiage easier to read? Directtv Stream is not only screwing with the guide and accessibility to read/view but they keep increasing the price $10 every few months. There are so many complaints about the newest guide update and how people are leaving due making the guide harder to access the shows. Why would you even change the look and use of the guide, it was fine!! Now there are 4 steps to get to your library instead of 1 step we had before. This is ridiculous. The guide update was probably the worst money spent and the company you hired to revamp it failed miserably. Good luck watching all your customers leave because you didn't bother asking for ACTUAL customers feedback.
