Fast Forward Screen

How do I make the screen bigger (the size of my tv screen) when I do a fast forward? The old system worked just fine. This one makes the screen that shows the fast-forward content really small. I can hardly see what is on the screen!! Thank you.

DirecTV offers 2 services. DirecTV or DirecTV Stream. The 2 are not related. Under DirecTV, they offer either dish or via Internet. Neither is related to DirecTV Stream, which is a true streaming service like Hulu TV or YouTube TV. DirecTv via Internet has a 2 year contract with fees and devices costs. DirecTV Stream has no fees or contract. You provide your own device. So what are you subscribed to?

The old system? What are you referring to? This is not DirecTV Satellite, it's DirecTV  Stream. The 2 are not related.

I meant the Direct TV system where you had a satellite dish and a box. We were just upgraded to the system where you don't need a dish or large box. They said it was a streaming device. Everything pretty much works the same but this fast-forward screen. I watch things that I don't want to watch in real time, so I fast-forward. On the satellite system, it showed the content on the full screen. On this system, it pauses where I am and puts the fast-forward content on a very small screen--hard to see. I want to be able to see what I am fast-forwarding through! Thanks for any help!!

You cannot get rid of it.  That is how the Directv Stream and Via Internet Streaming fast forward are set up.

we have had DTV with Satellite dish for at least 10 years, today all the sudden

it did not allow me to watch 2 different channels by putting a channel on hold, and watch another, then skip back to 1st program after the commercials.

You would have better assistance in the correct forum with subscribers that are familiar with the service.
