Error message 10006-008

Just switched to Directv Stream two days ago for access to the local RSN, worked like a dream on Apple TV and phone for two days - now I’m suddenly getting 10006-008 error messages on all devices that say “Looks like we ran into some trouble loading this content. Please try again in a bit.”

When I turn WiFi off on my phone it still streams fine, so it’s something to do with the connection to my network but I have no idea what. I was watching tv one minute and the next it stopped working - never touched a thing. 

Any suggestions or do I need to switch back to YouTubeTV?

Are you a previous satellite subscriber? Using the same credentials? You need to use different credentials.

Nope. Never subscribed to satellite. Signed up to Stream two days ago, was watching fine until 90 minutes ago, then in the middle of streaming the error message appeared on Apple TV. Then checked my phone, same error (unless I turn off WiFi). 

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled on all devices, signed and signed out, nothing works.

No. I am brand new to this entire ecosystem. Just created my account two days ago when I signed up for DIRECTV Stream. 

Again, it was working fine on all devices until yesterday - now, none. Nothing has changed, I didn’t sign out on any devices, etc.

All content, yes. On every device. 

Verizon is my internet provider. Everything else is streaming fine, as was DIRECTV until a few hours ago.

10006-001 to 10006-008: This usually means there was a problem playing that content or your network conditions may be degrading your video stream. Please check that your network's settings, signal, and equipment location are optimal for a solid WiFi connection.  Also, try resetting your modem/router as sometimes this helps with connectivity issues.
