From what I understand this code is due to an inconsistent Internet Signal. What device(s) are you using to stream? Are you also having issues with buffering when watching live TV? I would try rebooting the Modem/Router to see if it will resolve the issue.
The Samsung app is notorious for being buggy in performance. Most subscribers have opted to go with external streaming devices. I would highly recommend you consider the options if you want to still subscribe to the service.

I don’t have a Roku or anything. I literally am using the Samsung TV and have the DIRECTV stream app and my Internet is perfect and has no issues.
