DVR Problems

None of the four boxes in my home are recording programs properly. I set a program to record at 6:30 and that program doesn’t get listed as recording til after 8. Other shows take longer to show up on the list as recording and some are not showing up at all, despite the red dot showing on the guide as a program being recorded. It sounds like a systemic problem but all the Direct TV Stream rep offered were 4 new boxes.

Having issues recording your program is a valid concern and we don't want you to miss anything of your favorite content. As a workaround, please try deleting the app, then rebooting your device and reinstalling the DIRECTV App. We'll send you a Private Note to investigate what's happening and work together to find the best solution. It’s not an app. I have a box attached to my TV from which the Direct TV stream us run.
