Dvr pause back to beginning
While using DIRECTV stream on an Amazon fire stick, my recordings will go back to the beginning of the program after I pause and try to resume. What’s the deal? Any way to avoid this?

Hello @Mrjtgee, we want you to have a great experience with your recordings, and apologize for the inconvenience. You should be able to resume your show from the point you left off. We recommend you to restart your DIRECTV receiver by following these steps: unplug your receiver's power cord from the electrical outlet, wait 15 seconds, and plug it back in. Press the Power button on the front panel of your receiver. Wait for your receiver to reboot.
On the other hand, you can also try to refresh your service and equipment by following these steps: go to 'My Equipment' on your online account or app. Review the equipment you have and identify the impacted receiver(s). Select Refresh receiver to begin. This takes a minute or two and may briefly interrupt your service. Please, let us know if it works. Jhon, DIRECTV Community Specialist
