DirecTV streams app
DirecTV streams last update Apple TV 4K streaming device last update what has occurred if I have the Apple TV set in the resolution to 4K the DirecTV streams app is unwatchable the channels are all choppy laggy if I change the resolution on the Apple TV 4K streaming device to 1080p and reopen the DirecTV streams app the channels work as they should but then if I close out that app and go into Netflix or another app I have to change the resolution so I'm constantly changing resolutions to be able to use the DirecTV streams app this is a new issue that has recently occurred with these last updates please fix this issue immediately I spoke with apple they said it was not there last update that has caused this problem it was on the DirecTV streams app

Hi, @Chiefsfan19. We're sorry you're having streaming issues on the DIRECTV App especially on the resolution. That shouldn't happen. The DIRECTV App is compatible with most Apple TV devices with a running version of 12 or higher. There's no troubleshooting it's not the Internet it's not a cable it's not the trees on the outside of my house it's not my tennis shoes it's not my pants it's not my shorts It's the app my word
