Directv Streaming reward card scam

I will be filing a complaint with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, along with the BBB, for their fraudulent marketing activities.  Was promised $100 reward card for signing up 02/2024.  When no reward materialized after 5 months,  I called them.  Got the excuse that I waited too long to complain; then I got the excuse that said promotion was not offered at the time of my signing up.  As if I just dreamed up the promise of a reward card.  I’m sure I’m not the only person scammed.  I’m hoping the Corporation Commission will take some action to keep rectify this situation.
