Directv Stream Playback Restarting After 20 Min

I am currently using an Amazon Firestick 4k with the Directv Stream App. When I restart a show, it will playback for 20 Minutes and then glitches and starts at the beginning again and continues to do this never playing the full show. 

My Firestick has over 9gb free space, I am using a Fiber Optic stable internet with sufficient speeds. My Firestick and Directv app are up to date and I have deleted and reinstalled the Directv app and cleared all the cache on my Firestick. 

Tried the Directv support chat - no suggestions beyond what I have already done.
