Same issue here on a TCL roku tv. Was working earlier. Have checked for tv updates, 'Directvstream updates (the app), restarted tv, un-installed app then restarted tv, reinstalled app and same thing. No guide...it's blank. Can't use the up button for the quick guide either, just says "hey, recent stuff you've watched will show up here!"...
Same here, will not work on iPhone, Samsung Smart tv and fire stick. Checked for update, restarted device, deleted and redownloaded app, rebooted the router and the guide is still down as well as a message saying to upgrade subscription to watch channels I was able to watch less than 1hr ago

All devices are unable to use the guide. The guide service is broken
