directv box powers off when I pause YouTube

Hi, @jpardick. We're sorry your DIRECTV box switched off a few minutes after you paused YouTube. Does this impact other apps, and how long have you experienced this issue? 

Have you tried to reset your Directv Stream box?  If not, try resetting it and see if the issue remains a problem. 

The powering off after a few minutes seems to have started sometime this year.  I can't pinpoint the exact timeframe.

@Tiger593 is correct. Resetting resolves issues occurring on the device. @jpardick, let us know if this fixes the problem. If not, how many devices are affected, and how about other apps installed?

I will try resetting the box after work today, and report back.  Thanks for all of the feedback thus far.
