DirectTV app on Roku TV content won't play - usually in late afternoon

I have 2 new Roku tvs. Worked great for a while, but now, usually in the late afternoon, I get the message "oops, we weren't able to load that content."  but ONLY on the Roku Frame tv. The other tv - not a Frame, is slightly farther away from the router, and plays all content just fine. What's up?

It's back on now so I will check for an error code tomorrow. (It normally stops working in the mid-afternoon.) Will post again then. I haven't taken any steps - other than turning everything on and off. I'm old, and tech. challenged. ;)
