Direct Stream not working

I switched from Satellite to the streaming service back in April 2024. Had to set up a new user account(email) that was not linked to previous satellite or wireless account. Did this in the store . Have two Gemini Air devices. All worked fine until 4 days ago when one of the gemini air asked to register. Went thru process on the tv and re registered. Later that day that tv(gemini) would not work. Asked for login and said incorrect credentials. Other tv still worked. Called support and they ran me thru all the steps to correct including: Resetting gemini, reboot home router and resetting password. No Luck. they did a reset on there ends which I specifically asked the rep not to do anything with the Gemini device that was still working.  He assure me it would not affect the working device. Well you guessed it. The one working device now doesn't work. The mobile app on phone doesn't work. Tried deleting app no good. Access via computer does not work. Variety of error codes depending which device being used. 3 day and 5 hours on phone with support and no help!! New customer service call and went there all steps again and also set up a new email log in in case previous was linked to something. No Luck. Awaiting the second escalation to their SMART Team.. Wait 48 hrs and try to log in again.  What terrible customer service!! HELP
