credit for 2 mos. for nbc

DirecTV has been offering a one-time $10 credit as a courtesy for the situation. You log into your account or call to take advantage of. Now that the negotion is completing I wonder if it is too late to take advantage.

There is no prorated credit as you are not charged individually per channel. Plus you weren't guaranteed NBC as channels are subject to change at any time. As long as you were getting one local channel you got exactly what your package obligated.

In any case, you will not get credit here. This is a public forum of other customers.

@pambootink All you had to do was go to www.directv.com/tvpromise and you could have gotten the credit or you could have even called customer service to get the credit.  Now that they settled I doubt that you will get anything as they have no reason to credit you anything as you are no longer missing any Tegna channels.  As far as missing out on the credit that would be your bad, not theirs as you have had almost 2 months to claim the credit.
