Connectivity issues

Still having multiple issues with my service and am finding it difficult to get assistance. A ticket has supposedly been opened via the social media team but unfortunately there's just been no communication from the team or anyone else at directv.

Gemini box WAS connected to the AT&T gateway router via ethernet. Quite often I'd turn the box on and there would be no picture. If the picture did come up, the video would be unnaturally slow.

There's no internet problem. The best speed that AT&T is willing to give me is 100MB. On Wi-Fi, I'm getting an average of 15Mb according to just one speedtest result.

The latest issue that has just started happening is getting a flashing red light on the box. This morning, this happened and there was no picture or sound. Again this evening, the same thing happened except that I got a screen stating no internet connection. I knew that wasn't the case because the router lights are green and other devices have wireless connectivity. I suspect that the box is droppings the Wi-Fi when I turn off the box.

The hdmi cables are connected to a surround receiver and haven't been touched since plugging them in except for when I changed the cable. The box has been replaced. I keep following up with social media and can only get the same response each time: "our team is working on this." They've been working on it for over a month!

Please do not keep making multiple posts about the same thing.  Have you tried resetting your modem/router and changing HDMI Ports as I told you in your other post?

It may seem like it's another post on the same topic, but the other post was about issues with service while using ethernet connection. This post is about while having the box on wifi. It would seem to me that nothing except being able to change the device is going to fix the problem.

As I mentioned in the other post, the hdmi cable connected to the receiver is secure and hasn't been touched except for when I changed the cable and even then, I made sure it was secure.
