Channel 39 Miami / FTL - Florida Panthers
Not sure why a local station is missing, but starting in a few weeks with Hockey season, all the Panther games will be on this station and currently directv stream is missing this station. Is this going to be added, or do we need to look for another source to get receive this?

No one here would have any idea of future additions. This is just an open community forum of subscribers and users.

I called there support and they said they don't do support for the streaming service other than set up. Great start here with this. I thought U-verse was bad, be careful what you wish for :)

Did you first check for channel availability for your zip code using the channel lookup tool located here

There is no guarantee you will have every local within range. Did you check the channel lineup for the service to see if you get the channel in the first place?

This direct slam to South Florida Sports and its fan bases couldn't have happened at a more asinine time in the DIRECTV Stream history. It was bad enough shutting us out of local channel 10, WPLG, But now the snub on a contracted deal and having to watch Old Taped Family Feud shows is a show of stupidity and lack of respect to the South Florida Hockey Community. Not to mention I was able to finally see some of the games utilizing a store-bought HD antenna (under 15.00), AND the picture itself was clearer and cleaner looking than the 4K programming they sometimes provide on their wonderful reception claims! I am ready to cut the cord on them and build my own packages to watch.

What direct slam? It is up to you to check what channels are carried before you get a TV provider. Or are you talking about a different situation?
