Cast & crew info unavailable?

We offer several options to filter information about your shows, but the cast details are currently unavailable. For that reason, we'll pass along the voice and forward a suggestion about this to the appropriate team, they'll review and determine the next steps.

Remember that if you have the DIRECTV STREAM service, and want to filter your programing by a specific actor, movie or keyword, you can ask the Google Assistant to help find what you want, more info here

We just left xfinity cable tv and signed a package deal with AT&T and Direct TV streaming. Not being able to see the cast and their information is a definite downgrade. I would hope that it would be changed soon.

Are you actually having this issue, @bhssfb?  It happens sometimes, but it's currently working fine for me. 

Go to the show's page---and hit more info. Then scroll down to "view series" Then go down to "cast & crew"
