Can’t Connect to channels

getting this message “this video is taking longer than it should to load. Thanks for your patience.”

Is anyone else getting this message. I’m I’m getting it on many different channels lately.

Usually this means your internet connection is too slow. Tell us more about your internet service and actual download speed.

My connection is 1 gb service. Download speed is 1067 Mbps. It happens with various channels not just one channel.

I’m still having this issue. Many different channels will not come in. Only happens with direct tv stream.
