Cancelled my trial y’all have a lot of improving to do

1.  DVR set to record new episodes only well old episodes record because your guide has them listed as new. 

2. No way to set show to record on one channel rather than multiple of it is syndicated. 


From looking online it appears this has been an issue for well over a year it is sad that the company has not put any effort into improving the DVR experience. Especially since it has to potential to save on your cloud storage that you’re most likely paying AWS or Google, MS or one of the major companies for. 

3.  Shows record tonight but receive “This program is blacked out”. But it plays from on-demand. 

Called customer service and the lady could not understand the issue to save her own life….

Guess I will be keeping my FIOS.  You almost had me but I’ll deal with the higher price to not have these issues.

it has only been 3 days so I can imagine what your long term customers go thru.
