Allow me to help with the issue of canceling SERIES recordings. Go to MY LIBRARY, then the UPCOMING RECORDINGS screen, highlight the recording scheduled to record (do not use the trash icon on the right), hit the ok button, select CANCEL RECORDINGS, then select CANCEL SERIES.
