AZ DBacks Channel 686 in Las Vegas

What channel package (including add/ons) do you subscribe to? Have you ensured that you are receiving local channels and other regional sports networks for your town in Arizona? What streaming device are you using? Do you have this issues on other devices as well?

I have the ultimate pack.  686 was included in the package, but is now gone.  I still get Giants, A's, Padres, Dodgers and Angels.  I have 7 osprey boxes which have lost the channel, along with my cell phone.

Pay the ridiculous $14.99 sports pack fee to get it back.  Pretty pathetic!

Nowhere in the description does it show that this is a 7 month discounted deal.  It CLEARLY STATES that Sports Pack is included in Premier.  I  subscribed to Premier last month with that expectation and paid the $164.99 and I DID NOT GET SPORTS PACK CHANNELS.  I have been blowing up text messages and phone calls with DirecTV and NOBODY seems to get it.  Where does it show this is a $10.00 discount that will expire in 7 months?  Is it time to start asking my attorney general, FTC and others?

I spent from 4:30 - 9:30 in back and forth conversations on DM last night.  Will today be any different?  It is quite clear from the pic I posted what DirecTV is saying is added to Premier pack.  If you can help me achieve this in DM, I'd be happy to join.

I want Premier pack for $164.99 where it includes "Sports Pack" as stated.  There are no conditions of "new subscribers only" or "7 months at $10.00 discount" or "this doesn't apply to DirecTV stream, must be DirecTV internet".

I'm not trying to be difficult, just trying to pay the price stated for the channels stated in the packages.
