I'm running TVos 17.4 (21L277).  Right I have downloaded Directv Stream and have used that on Original Apple TV Home Screen.  However, all of the other apps - I have those in Apple TV app home page. There is no reason why I need to go back and forth between TV app and the Home Screen of Apple TV.  Maybe I'm not being clear.

I have been using Apple TV4K for awhile.  Up until 4Q last year all the the apps were on a single home page.  Apple then revamped their TV app and has provided a path for most of the apps to go an a new Home Screen.  I have moved all of my apps except for Directv. That is all I'm trying to do is getting to a single Home Screen and single App Store.

Thank you for confirming with me. Have you tried downloading the app directly from the Apple Store to your new home screen? If not, follow these steps below:

1. Using the remote control press the TV/Control button.
2. Go to the App Store.
3. Select the app.
4. Select Update if available.
5. Once the update is complete, select Open, to return to the app.

Yes, I did reload it.  It does not show up in the Apple TV app.  Only in original which is what I downloaded, but there is no apparent way of moving the app to Apple TV app.

Maybe a future software update from Dtv Stream will change that.
