Apple TV app not installing on gemini

It stops at 6 % and retrying doesn’t help.  The app shows up in apps but it doesn’t load or work.  Help

It is not the DIRECTV App on Apple TV - it is the Apple TV app on DIRECTV that is not working.  Apple TV app came installed on Gemini and that app is not installing or loading.

In addition to uninstalling/reinstalling the app, please try restarting your devices, including your internet modem, as this will boost your internet speed and improve your Wi-Fi signal. EDIT: 8/5/24 The Apple TV app started working on my black label C71KW-400 boxes within the last few days! Not sure if there was an update but I'm happy!!
