4K support for Samsung Tizen yet?
Is there a timeframe for Directv Stream rolling out an app update to support 4k streaming on Samsung TVs with Tizen OS?
Yes, I asked this question about a year ago, but the Super Bowl is coming up.

Don't hold your breath. Native TV apps will always be inferior to dedicated streaming devices, like Roku, Fire, DirecTV Stream, Apple TV, etc.
