Hello hope this email finds you,
my name is (Edited per community guidelines) , my spouse and I have been with AT&T forever !!! Until an associate was ,well I changed phone providers with AT&T and went to another provider !!!! My spouse ,still has AT&T ,and we have direct tv , but nobody can seem to find me !!!! My current !!!! Email is xxxx and direct tv ,put back my old email !!!! Jxxxx (Edited per community guidelines) !!!! I can’t even see my direct tv bill , I am so mad right now it is not funny !!!! I jump through hoops every time , I try and pay my bill !! Which I paid !)100.00 on ,I will be looking to cancel my direct tv bill as soon as I can find another !!!! Provider !!!! Who appreciates us !!!! Michael was very very helpfull ,but your link !!!! Which stinks BTW , redirected me!!!!! More than once !!!!! Put my right email on my account direct tv bill!!!! At the above email I am speaking with you !!!!! Not xxx very very unhappy customer !!!!!

You should never post your email address in a public forum. If calling DirecTV is not getting you the help you need, try filing a BBB complaint. Good luck.

Make sure to call DirecTV, not AT&T. This is because AT&T is out of the TV business so sold off DirecTV. That transaction completed last year.
DirecTV does not provide support by email. It is calling them, possibly getting a DM from official forum support, or the chat option on the DirecTV website (that last option I wouldn't suggest per prior issues).
If the normal support route cannot resolve the issue, then you could try a BBB complaint. Gets forwarded to their corporate level usually resulting in contact from their Office of the President with a few business days. Not a guarantee, but is a shot.
If you have any previous bills, or can log into your account on the website, get your DirecTV account number to make it easy. Otherwise make sure who actually opened the account as that name doesn't change, even if someone else is mainly handling the bill.
And please remember, this is a public forum. Anything you post is viewable to the entire world. So do not post personal info (name, email, etc.) or you are opening yourself up for scams or identity theft. We are other customers like yourself trying to help with our knowledge and experience. But there are some bad actors out there, so be safe.
