Unable to Activate Disney+, Hulu Bundle with MyEntertainment Package

I signed up for the DirecTV MyEntertainment Package 11 days ago.  I received an email to activate the HBO/ Max package and was able to link my DirecTV account to HBO/Max and that is working.

However, I never received an email about the Disney+, Hulu Bundle and there is no 'link' to Activate Disney/Hulu like there is for HBO/Max when I got to Manage My TV Package.  I have now contacted DirecTV 5 times but they seem unable to help and each tell me to wait another 24 or 72 hours for the email.  There appears to be no way to escalate to 2nd tier Technical support.  I also contacted Disney Support hoping they could give me a 'Provider url'.  They were very helpful but confirmed this is something DirecTV needs to resolve.  

I would be grateful for any assistnace or suggstion on how to contact the right people to reset my account or trigger said email.

Have you tried activating Disney+ using your DirecTV credentials?

Yes - Disney does not recognize that email address.  I did also spend 40 minutes with Disney Support.
