You cancelled Max, I cancelled You!

After many years of service and paying you $140 a month, on top of what I pay ATT for wireless unlimited for multiple lines and Gig Internet, You cancelled Max on me, for no reason. Then offered to reactivate it at $16 per month (plus fees) Thanks, but No Thanks. A company that acts this way is short-sighted if not just plain dumb. You will be going out of business with these stupid practices. Thanks for forcing me to leave and save $. Good Luck

Hi, @Lyvemed1234. We're sad you left. If your access was tied to your AT&T wireless/internet plan, and you made changes to your AT&T plan, you are no longer eligible for the Max benefit. Check DIRECTV's free premium TV experience here: https://www.directv.com/support/article/000106897 and enjoy watching for free on your devices. If your needs change, we hope you consider DIRECTV in the future. Roland, DIRECTV Community Specialist

If you want to cancel then contact your TV provider.

This is a public forum of other customers, not official support or an airport, so departure notices don't accomplish anything.
