Wrongfully Billing

In Jun 2021 I open, cancelled, and returned all ATT Equipment all in JUNE 2021.  ATT has been stealing from my checking account since June 2021.  In Jan 29, 2022 Cody refunded me 4 payment (Jan 2022, Dec 2021, Nov 2021, and Oct 2021).   I've been making weekly calls to find out when will the remaining monies be refunded ( Sept 2021, Aug 2021, July, 2021, and Jun 2021) back to me. 

It's been phone call after phone and each time it's been escalated to a Manager in the back office and no other information is given or there is not note/remarks to give me each time I've request status.  

ATT Direct Streaming is stealing from Consumer as in me,  I NEVER USED YOUR SERVICES.......

Why should the OP have to confirm he had been officially cancelled? He sent back the equipment, he never used the service. And now he's been having money taken from his bank account for months! That's ridiculous. Not only should he be reimbursed, but he deserves an explanation as to why its happened in the first place.
