Unauthorized User

Someone is using my streaming account without my permission. I've changed passwords twice to prevent them from using and they're still logged in on a TV. Other apps (HBOMax, Showtime apps, etc.) allow you to manage devices and log out but DirecTV Streaming/AT&T doesn't have this. How do I get them removed?  It's impacting my 3-device/screen limit. Also, I think this same person is trying to log in to my account on a mobile device using an old password and it locks ME out after they attempt too many times and I have to reset my password again.

Nothing else you can do but change your password. The service has no tool to manage devices.

Thanks. Yes, I’ve already changed my password several times. The system doesn’t automatically log you out on a TV if you’ve previously signed in with an older password. Seems only hope is if/when a system wide software update is pushed and a new log in is required.

@DIRECTVhelp Your suggestion to close my account and create a new one isn't going to work. I've been a streaming customer from the very beginning and my current plan is grandfathered. If I close my account and create a new one I will lose my plan. You shouldn't put the burden to fix your security issues on your loyal customers. YOU need to fix your security problem.
