Unable to unlink MyAT&T and directv login

I am in an endless login loop bouncing back and forth between att and directv.

I can no longer login in to either ATT or DirectTV. Please help!

Which service were you intending to sign in for and for what reason (s)? Also, are you still a DIRECTV employee? I ask because if your complementary account is unable to be signed into you may need to contact a supervisor or otherwise the DIRECTV employee-only hotline.

You say logging in? You mean on a computer? Furthermore, you need to contact them directly to unlink your accounts.

I have attempted to login via browser as well as the MyATT app both from a mobile device. 

I am an ATT retiree - so not currently and employee. I had DTV Stream years ago but have not had DirectTV service of any kind for years. 

I have read entries on unlinking accounts but I can not log in on either the DTV or ATT side to do so.

No one here can fix it, since this is only a customer forum. You really need to contact them directly.
