Unable to Log into App on any device

I'm able to log into: Account Overview (directv.com) with no issues. I've deleted and downloaded the new app on multiple devices and no luck. 

When I request to find my user ID on the app and enter my email address, I get an error message that the email is not registered.

DIRECTV and DIRECTV STREAM are two completely different services.

Having a DIRECTV account conveys no access to DIRECTV STREAM.

Could you please confirm, if this is happening in all of the apps, such as DIRECTV App, the NFL SUNDAY TICKET App and HBO App?
